LIV Marina - Urban Luxe One Bed with Marina Views

Apartment was as described. Host is the worst communicator, hence I do not recommend booking with them! Positive: The property itself is great. Amenities are great. Unfortunately the street is quite loud Negative: Unfortunately the street is quite loud. The host is absolutely terrible. It started with a lie that they can’t host us due to the property being sold, however the property was still being available to book via their website, airbnb and booking.com. After seeking clarification and asking for proof of sale they simply ghosted us. After contacting them to seek clarification they went silent. Only when contacting bookings customer support they started to reply. Being very arrogant asking us „what we wanted to hear“. They didn’t even apologize or tried to explain the situation that somebody from their team reached out via whatsapp and nearly pushed us to cancel the booking, which we made 35 days in advance. After all - they did host us, but I had to ask 3 times for the door code access. They asked 3 times about arrival timing and it already after booking they asked 3 times for passport copies, which was so unnecessary, as the booking was so far away - to be honest their entire communication is a complete mess.

Positive: Very clean, exactly like the pictures. Great location by the marina, short 10 min walk to nearest metro, faster if you use the scooters. Felt very safe with 24/7 security
