Al Khudrawi - One Bed on Palm with Private Beach

Terrible and like a nightmare Positive: I was cheated by Al Khudrawi Negative: Tough I paid 5 nights stay in cash before I tavel to Dubai , they didn't check-in me and my wife as I didn't send our passport copies to a whatsapp person called Vacationer Dubai who I don't know as I thought Vacationer Dubai can be a false account to cheat . By midnight Mr Salim sent us to another apartment at another building which was much smaller , on the ground floor , many things in the room was broken . Mr Salim promised to move us to Al Khudrawi apartment by 11 am on the second day but he couldn't do it until 5 pm . Then we extended our stay for 2 nights more and Mr Salim promised us 1 night stay as a complimentary and maybe the 2nd night , but he didn't keep his promise and asked us to leave the Al Khudrawi apartment urgently . My simple question=:I paid my 5 nights stay in cash before my trip to Dubai and why Mr Salim cancelled our booking.com reservation and din't let us to check in ??
