Great support in a stressful situation Positive: Rhyiad was very easy to contact and met my son before we landed and showed him around the apartment and gave him the access code and carpark pass. We got caught up in the USA attack madness, our stay was extended at a greatly reduced price acknowledging our predicament, they could have charged us what they wanted as we had nowhere else to go. Harrison was also in constant contact via e-mail checking that we were OK (far more than our own government did) and assured us that he would help us in anyway that he could. Vacationer Dubai are very easy to talk to and are willing to help you anyway that they can. Throughout our stay they assured us that they were available if we needed anything, flexible check in and out times are available to marry up with your flights. Wish all rental companies had this attitude to customer's.

Ok ish stay but can be made better Positive: Clean rooms, rooms have ample space, kitchen has good amenities Negative: The main bedroom mattress had a huge dip in the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep. The second bedroom mattress was also not a comfortable one. Bedroom Door handles were of poor quality and hence couldn’t lock well. The guest bathroom does not have a stand to keep soap/shampoo. Lighting is poor in the bedrooms. Door access details can be clear and non ambiguous to make the check in smoother.
