Seven Hotel & Apartment - Calm Studio in The Palm

Positive: Location was good. Negative: Curtains were not wide enough to cover the windows and due to lights outside difficult to sleep. Lots of noise on a Saturday night. Drain in shower blocked.

Positive: Ótima localização e tem um rooftop maravilhoso pqara usar, pq vc ficar na praia é bem caro então o rooftop com piscina é perfeito.

Too risky and not worth it Positive: The location is good, but we never felt safe. Negative: Communication with the host was confusing from the start, and they even sent us into someone else’s room, then later gave us another room using the same password, which felt completely unsafe. We later found out the room they assigned us was actually booked by someone else, and that’s when the host stopped responding. Reception also told us that scams happen in this building almost every day, which made the situation feel even more suspicious. They ignored my requests for pool access for two days, and they also ignored my request to change the door password. Overall, communication was poor and the whole experience was full of red flags. In summary, it’s not worth the risk. There are safer and more reliable places nearby.

was good Positive: confortable bed cold Air conditioners all fine. Negative: they didnt tell pool cards place ı need to ask. also tv is too low from bed ı didnt see under the screen :D

Positive: Good lookation, amazing facilities, awesome staff ( Anas welcomed me at check-in, helped me with the check-in instructions, and showed me the building facilities)
