Jumeirah Golf Estate - Elegant Three Bed Villa

Nice villa, well managed with a few minor issues resolved quickly. Positive: Very comfortable villa and great support from the agent when we had a few issues that were resolved quickly. Negative: There was an intermittent foul smell from the downstairs powder room. The agent did send someone promptly and whilst they claimed this was resolved, it did come back every so often and rendered the downstairs toilet almost unusable. We therefore used the toilet in the downstairs maid room when we were sitting downstairs but this issue does need resolved. There is construction of some sort going on behind this row of villas in the community. Every night there was noise from the construction traffic (in particular vehicle reversing sound) and this appeared to continue until the early hours. We moved to the front bedroom to escape this after a few nights.
