Needs to carry out checks of the property beforehand. This is a health and safety issue
Positive: Good location
Negative: They didn't check the property beforehand. Once we got in we realised there was a leak coming from the ceiling. And the tap in the bathroom was not working. No water was coming out. They kept on wasting time and not resolving the issues raised until much later on.
In regard to the parking, this issue was not solved at all. I was in this building before and the service was excellent. However, I was very disappointed this time around.
