Comfortable and perfectly located, communication can improve
Positive: Perfect location and friendliness of staff on site.
Negative: A few details regarding the properties facilities were not given ahead of time and/or were incorrect.
For example, the access to the gym requires a specific photo to be sent to management and the gym itself has specific times for male and female users -> all this information was not shared, resulting in time wasting and the impossibility to use this facility as our planning could not accomodate the gym's schedule in such short notice.
