Bay Central - Enticing Two Bedroom

Şahane bir hafta geçirdik Positive: Misafirlerin rahat etmesi için herşey düşünülmüş, şahane bir plaj ve Ayn Dubai manzarası.. Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde, binanın önünde metro durağı var. Bize tahsis edilmiş bir otopark alanımız da mevcuttu.. Marinaya yürüme mesafesinde.. konum muhteşemdi.Bay Musa bize rezervasyon anından itibaren çok yardımcı oldu. Her sorumuza sabırla cevap verdi ve yardımcı oldu. 1 haftalık konaklamamızda kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik Negative: Herşey mükemmeldi

Positive: Неплохие апартаменты, шкафы в среднем состоянии (дверцы кое-где отрываются), техника в исправном состоянии. До пляжа 10 минут пешком, вокруг много магазинов, кафе и фастфудов. Negative: Оказалось, что ежедневная уборка не входит в стоимость.

Very bad. Positive: Building location is in amazing place. Nice view. Negative: I’m not happy with service which was displayed in booking information and what is actually. We found some parts in bathroom from previous guests. One toilet not flushed. Door on cabinet in kitchen broken. Electrical cattle not possible to connect to power and are not able to make coffee or tea. On kitchen staining coffee machine but capsules for it not available. On my request why you not providing capsules supervisor answers that they should not provide coffee capsules, I not understand why is this coffee maker in the room. There was 2 irons both of them covered with rust, and we destroy our dressing. For the amount of money I paid, I didn’t receive the corresponding service.

Positive: Initially, we were pleased with the apartment and even requested an extension of our stay by another week. However, the host would only allow the extension if we paid an additional cleaning fee, which we felt was unnecessary and decided to decline. Location is very good Negative: During our stay, we encountered several issues. The toaster was broken, but was at least replaced the next day. Unfortunately, the oven didn’t work at all and remained unusable throughout the week, despite my complaints to the host. The washing machine was also a major concern, it was mouldy inside, which not only made our clothes smell but even left stains on my children’s school shirts. Overall, the apartment had potential, but these maintenance issues and the handling of our extension request left us disappointed.

Great Location, Clean and Spacious Positive: The unit same as in the photos, located at 36 floor, the view is spectacular, the staff were very helpful and friendly, location is in middle of action, between Dubai Marina & JBR beach, the unit was cleaned and spacious. Negative: The water pressure in the showers is extremely low, making it impossible for more than one person to shower at the same time, all kitchen cabinet doors need maintenance, few need replacement, water runs out dirty(yellowish) from all faucets including the showers, maybe the water heater is rusted and need replacement, towels smell bad, we had to wash it before using it.
