Positive: Large clean apartments. Well equipped kitchen. The best pool in Marina. Large parking space (dedicated) Negative: The building is old. But it is maintained in excellent condition.

Positive: The view was amazing, access to the pool is included and you have fully equipped kitchen. Negative: No place to take out the trash. For longer period of stay that would be unbearable. But nothing that can affect your stay

Because apartment so far from the beach, and no hot water to take a normal shower,Pool gets very crowded. I would not st Positive: Apartment located on the 36 floor with a nice view. Kitchen has all the appliances. Negative: Because the apartment was on the 36 floor. During the cold season, and no heaters in the apartment. Was very cold for us. But the main problem, this apartment has a boiler, so you only have 5 to 7 minutes to take a shower before the water turns cold. And that’s a big NO, NO FOR US Also important for anyone who stays at this apartment. The beach is about 20 minute walk, or $10 for Uber. And the pool get very crowded by 11 AM. So if you like a nice, sunny bed, make sure to get there by 9:30 AM latest.
