Check-in was a nightmare
Positive: The apartment was comfy and nice, but our experience was ruined by unprofessional security staff who delayed our check-in by 45 minutes. Instead of assisting us or trying to resolve the situation quickly, he was rude and made us wait unnecessarily, leaving our group—especially the elderly and children—in discomfort and distress. Very disappointing service.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training for their security team to handle guests professionally and compassionately in the future.
Negative: Security staff at the reception (the African guy) was rude and uncooperative.
