Silverene Tower B - Bright Two Bedroom

Perfect location in the heart of Dubai Marina Positive: The location is absolutely perfect, next to the Marina Mall, directly in the busiest and most vibrant part of Dubai Marina, which we truly enjoyed every day. Everything was easy to access: restaurants, cafés, and shops are just steps away. There is also a Carrefour supermarket, a pharmacy, and a restaurant located directly on the ground floor of the building. There is direct access from the building to the Marina promenade, and JBR is also easily reachable on foot. The apartment was very comfortable for the four of us and well-equipped with everything we needed, even beach towels were also provided. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the Marina. The pool area is very nice, spacious, and sunny, and the water temperature was perfect. Communication with the host was excellent, we received all necessary information on time, everything was clear and well organized. Access to the apartment was very simple and smooth. Negative: The only minor downside is that since the building is located in a very busy area, getting around by taxi can be a bit challenging due to traffic, and sometimes it took longer to get a car.

Bir de ebeveyn banyoda duş kısmında kenarlardan su taşıyordu. Yan tarafta inşaat olduğundan da sabah 8 den itibaren gürültü oluyordu. Onun dışında her şey lokasyon temizlik vs. iyiydi.

We had a lovely stay, location was ideal for our stay Positive: It is in a great location. Beds were very comfortable. Negative: The bathrooms need to be updated, grouting around the tiles needs to be redone. Shower could do with replacing. Heavier curtains on the windows as it’s very bright in the bedrooms in the morning.

Reliable well presented apartment in a very good building at a great location Positive: I always stay in this building when possible. Colleb and his team at Vacationer are great and they handled a few changes very well including on site change of TV immediately when needed Negative: The main bathroom has a shower which is not functioning correctly and needs some building works to correct the issue.
