Large apartment, good location and verry well managment
Positive: Large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + 1 WC. Renovated but low quality of the renovation. There everything what you need for your stay - washing machine, microwave… The management company was very helpfully, fast reaction and response. Thank you to Musa and other people from the company. The location is not bad - near to Marina, Metro station and Dubai Marina Mall.
Negative: Old building, small and bad swimming pool with only few sun-beds. The gym was so so. Very noisy because the joinery is old and not effective. And also was cold - between 19-22 degrees /with turned off AC/. Not too bad apartment for this area in Dubai. No balcony in the apartment.

Positive: Очень удобное местоположение, рядом с метро DMCC, пляж JBR в 15 минут ходьбы. Апартаменты очень просторные, чистые, есть все необходимое. Отличный бассейн в тени с прекрасным садом. Персонал апартаментов очень дружелюбный и всегда на связи.
