Estavam sempre disponíveis para nos ajudar no que fosse necessário! Pedimos mais produtos de higiene e foram imediatamente entregues. A cama é super confortável, a cozinha vem totalmente equipada! A stay with broken written discount promises, poor communication, and serious damp/mold issues. Positive: The location of the apartment was good. Negative: During our stay, the host explicitly offered us a discounted extension price (AED 665.99 per night) in writing via WhatsApp. Based on this offer, we changed our plans and extended our stay by one additional night. Despite messaging them on Friday evening, we did not receive a clear response for hours. On Saturday morning, very close to our checkout time, we were suddenly told that the extension price was the full listing price (AED 887.99), completely ignoring the previously promised discount. At that point: Checkout time was approaching We had no chance to book another hotel Changing our flight was not possible We were therefore forced to proceed with the higher price. Additionally, the date was shown as unavailable on Booking, and we were directed to pay via the host’s external website, which raised further concerns. There were also several issues with the apartment itself: Strong damp/mold smell upon entering There was visible wall bubbling caused by humidity, raising hygiene and maintenance concerns. Broken curtain rail No information provided about hot water, air conditioning, pool access, or card system Mold smell inside the cabinets Overall, due to broken promises, last-minute miscommunication, and putting guests in a forced situation, I do not recommend this property. Especially regarding extensions and pricing, the host’s written offers cannot be trusted.

Positive: Locația este minunată, priveliște frumoasă, aproape de plajă, restaurante, magazine, farmacii etc. Apartamentul este curat și luminos.
