Positive: The Marina view Negative: I had a very unpleasant experience in this apartment. The washing machine was broken, the air conditioning barely worked, and the bathroom sink was clogged. Because of these issues, maintenance staff were constantly coming in and out, which completely ruined any sense of privacy and comfort. For the price, this was unacceptable. I strongly recommend looking for a different place – this apartment is not worth it.
