Terrible host and extremely poor experience Negative: The host was completely unresponsive, rude, and showed no interest whatsoever in guest satisfaction. Messages were ignored, problems were dismissed, and communication was unpleasant from start to finish. There was a total lack of care and professionalism. Staying here felt stressful rather than welcoming. I would strongly advise others to avoid this apartment.
