Silverene Tower B - Vibrant Two Bedroom

Super noisy, workers at the door all day, not particularly clean and no answer from contacts. Positive: Location is nice. A few minutes from marina, shops and restaurants. The appartment is quite spacious. There was plenty of space for 4. And equipment was sufficient. Negative: 1 towel per person. You need to make sure you sync the washing and your next shower so you have a towel ready. So we were switching with the pool towels. We had one of the duvet without cover. We asked and got an answer that someone would come. But no one ever came. There was massive renovation work in the hallway of our floor. I mean massive. They were tearing down the entire ceiling. So there was non stop drilling and hammering all Day and night to 1:30 am. I’m not kidding workers were here to 1:30 am. We had to pass under ladders and jump over gravels to reach our door. Plus, lots of debris were entering the appartment. The entrance was dirty all the time even after we cleanup. It was the same a few hours after. The appartment itself was ok. Quite dated. Carpet were filthy, sofa as well. It smelled like old Dust. I avoided sitting on it The view was partly on the marina and mainly on the highway. And directly on a construction site. Extremely noisy. You couldn’t stand and talk on the balcony. The noise was constant. This and the hallway workers made our stay horrible. I contacted the appartment manager about that work in the hallway, we were not aware of. And they remained silent. Avoid this place. There are plenty of other places in Dubai marina. I would gladly spend a few hundreds dollars more next time and be somewhere but here.

22nd floor apart in the heart of Dubai Marina Positive: The property is in the heart of Dubai Marina, with great views over the marina. Negative: I think they can bring some adjustments at the bathrooms.
