Elite Residence - Stylish Studio

It was awesome and I highly recommend it to everyone! Positive: It's an amazing place. 3 minutes by taxi to Dubai Mall. A very warm welcome, the host is very pleasant and polite. Accommodation with fantastic views. From your balcony, you can observe both the Burj Khalifa and the river-like body of water (part of the city canal) The room is very comfortable and cozy, I feel at home. I visit Dubai very often and rent something for different periods, and here I want to mention the most important things for me, which can only be compared to a 5-star hotel, and not even all of them! Everything is neat, extremely clean and everything smells nice. The smells in Dubai apartments and hotels are a big problem, but you just have amazing cleanliness and freshness. The whole technique deserves special praise, as if no one had used it before me! :) The water has an amazing strong pressure, and the most important thing is that all the water goes away very quickly, the sewage system works perfectly! This is VERY VERY rare based on my travel experience. I will come back 10000%! Thank you!

Positive: The place was absolutely amazing! It offers easy access to any point in the city, making transportation super convenient. The view of Burj Khalifa and the water canal is simply breathtaking! Nabil, the host, was extremely helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Another enjoyable stay at Elite and happy with the price and service I recieved from Vacationer. Positive: I have stayed at Elite many times now but the host (Nabil Essakjee) from vacationer was excellent. I would use this company again. The apartment is in a great location close to South Ridge Park and not far from Dubai mall or local small supermarkets. The gym and pool were good. Negative: There is construction next door which was not a big deal for me but could be for others.
